Cancellation Policy

Office memberships are on six month terms. Notice of cancellation must be given via email at least 45 days prior to expiration of current term. Failure to give adequate notice will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Notice of cancellation for month-to-month memberships must be given via email at least three (3) business days prior to monthly renewal. Failure to give adequate notice will result in forfeiture of deposit (if any) or renewal for an additional month.

Day passes must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to start date in order to receive a refund. A 10% fee is assessed for cancellations.

Punchcards may only be canceled prior to using any punches. A 10% fee is assessed for cancellations.

Conference room reservations by non-regular Warehouse members ("Community Members") may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to start of reservation. A 10% fee is assessed for cancellations.
